Hi Terry, I've just read your review. I'm sorry the delivery has taken so long to reach you, I cannot explain that as we booked your order withing 90 minutes of you placing it and it was collected from us next day, which is our usual process. The longevity of the freight is disappointing and is an issue with Sendle directly which we'll follow up with the intent of better customer service.

Outstanding Service

I ordered the spray deck half skirt last minute as a gift for my sister for Christmas. When I rang to enquire if they had what I needed, I had no idea what it was called, just kind of described it to him. They had them in stock but might not get to Ulladulla in time for
Christmas. No worries, I’d show her a picture what was coming. To my surprise, it came Christmas Eve day. Absolutely stoked. Would recommend them every time. A fortnight earlier I had picked up a 2nd hand (used once) ultralight Riot kayak, one I had waited years for. Tried it out on the water for the first time, horrified I didn’t fit comfortably in the cockpit. I rang to ask about a different type of seat, as the original was too padded. Cut off the side padding I was advised, a lot of people do. I was going to do it originally but wasn't 100% sure. I was thinking I’d have to sell my beloved new kayak. Followed his instructions. Happy kayaker.
