The Y Racks are an easier, faster and more supportive set of cradles to use for your kayak, surf ski or outrigger canoe. These roof racks are better for your craft with greater support, more secure fit and padding. No more cam straps are needed with built-in auto retract ratchets.
All cradle padding is soft and covered by UV resistant plastic to let your kayak slide better dry or wet across the racks when loading from the back.
1. Parallel load - easy if you're tall and have the space or with two people
2. Bow then stern on - good on a windy day
3. Slide on from the rear - great for paddlers loading onto tall vehicles such as SUV's / 4WD's or when you don't have space next to the car
