The second-generation S14 builds on the proven DNA of the original kayak, now refined with increased beam for greater primary stability and added volume to boost carrying capacity - without compromising its signature performance.
On the water, the S14 G2 delivers a smooth, efficient glide, while smart updates above the deck elevate both function and feel. A recessed paddle park behind the cockpit, a wider and more practical lock bar, and a more aggressive cut-away combine to create a tighter catch and a sleek, modern profile. The addition of a deck pod keeps essentials like your phone or keys secure and within easy reach.
Designed with paddler comfort in mind, the cockpit ergonomics and seating position have been refined to promote better rotation and improved control when rolling. Compact, lightweight, and incredibly user-friendly, the S14 G2 is ideal for paddlers who value easy transport and storage.
At just 4.4 metres in length and an average weight of 16.5 kg, it’s effortless to handle on and off the water. A generous cockpit opening also ensures simple, stress-free entry and exit - making every session more enjoyable from start to finish.
This generation now also has a day hatch in front of the cockpit. The S14 G2 is equipped with SKEG as standard. The over stern stern rudder is optional and can be supplied for additional cost of $300 inc.

Construction Options:
Advantage: The Advantage construction delivers the perfect balance of weight, stiffness, durability, and value - making it a standout choice for paddlers who want performance without the premium price tag. Built with a heat-cured, infused epoxy Fiberglass laminate and reinforced with a Soric® core, this layup is exceptionally tough and highly resistant to punctures, giving you confidence across a range of conditions. Finished with a durable gelcoat, it’s designed to handle regular use while maintaining solid on-water efficiency. Ideal as a race-ready option on a tighter budget, the Advantage construction hits the sweet spot for price-to-weight ratio, making it one of the most popular choices for paddlers looking to maximise performance per dollar.
Excel: Engineered for speed and efficiency, this ultra-light, high-stiffness construction combines Kevlar® and Fiberglass in a heat-cured epoxy laminate, finished with a durable gelcoat. A Nomex® honeycomb core enhances rigidity while keeping overall weight to a minimum, delivering exceptional on-water performance. Kevlar® reinforcement adds valuable impact strength, making this layup a smart choice for paddlers chasing a lighter, faster ski without sacrificing structural integrity. Ideal for speed or performance-focused paddlers, it offers a responsive, lively feel with every stroke. While prioritising weight savings and speed, this construction is less impact-resistant than the Multi-Sport or Advantage options, making it best suited to paddlers who value performance in cleaner conditions.
Multi Sport: Built for performance and durability, Multi Sport construction features a single-skin laminate hull crafted from premium Carbon and Kevlar® with a clear gelcoat finish. The result is a lightweight yet tough construction that delivers the ideal balance of flex and stiffness - designed to handle real-world paddling conditions with confidence. Whether you’re navigating class I–II rapids, pushing through shallow water, or opening it up on the ocean and flats, this hull is made to perform across environments without compromise.
