Stellar Osprey Ski (S18S EXP)

The OSPREY is the original S18S G2 or S18S EXP renamed to help eliminate name similarity confusion with our other 18' surf skis. The Osprey hull has increased its speed by increasing the size of the cut-aways and narrowing the bow sections from the S18S G1. The rocker profile has been tweaked along with the trim to optimize the ski for efficient paddling and catching waves. All done without losing any stability and staying within USCA fast sea kayaks regulations.

The deBrito bailer makes for dry starts, paddles and rapid water removal, carbon handles at each end and a large oval hatch in the stern. The comfort, under-stern/over-stern fittings, side handles, water bottle holder, leash attachment and deck bungees still come standard on the Osprey. Making this a boat you need to put in your fleet.

A Nomex® honeycomb core enhances rigidity while keeping overall weight to a minimum, delivering exceptional on-water performance. Kevlar® reinforcement adds valuable impact strength, making this layup a smart choice for paddlers chasing a lighter, faster ski without sacrificing structural integrity.
